1) Scope of Services & Area

We provide installation services for energy-efficiency home improvements (e.g., insulation, HVAC upgrades, energy-efficient windows) and related site inspections and documentation. We currently operate only within the State of Nevada.

2) Quotes, Estimates & Scheduling

• Online submissions and phone calls help us prepare a preliminary estimate; final scope and pricing require an on-site inspection.
• Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise.
• Project timelines depend on material availability, weather, and permitting (if applicable).

3) Payments & Invoicing

Unless otherwise stated in your written quote or service agreement, invoicing and payment are handled offline. A deposit may be required before scheduling. Remaining balances are due upon substantial completion. Late balances may incur fees permitted by Nevada law.

• Manufacturer warranties (for products such as windows, doors, HVAC components) are provided by the respective manufacturers; their terms control.
• Our workmanship warranty, if offered, will be described in your written agreement and is limited to the documented scope.
• No guarantee of specific energy savings or financial outcomes—actual results vary based on home conditions and usage.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on forcym.com (text, graphics, logos, layouts) is owned by or licensed to Nevada Home Energy LLC. FORCYM™ is a trade name used by Nevada Home Energy LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8) Acceptable Use & User Content

• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer site features.
• If you submit testimonials, images, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them in marketing (you may revoke future use by written request).

By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you by email, phone, or SMS/WhatsApp regarding quotes, scheduling, and updates. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP”.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue for any dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Before filing, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. Nothing here prevents a party from seeking equitable relief.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
